51psi is the max tire pressure, myself I run 35psi front and 32psi rear.
Anywhere between 35 - 32 psi front, and 33 - 30psi rear, then just play with the tire psi and see what works best for you.

If I run max pressure though, won't I get better tire wear and MPGs?
Are there any dangers that could come from max pressure?

IMO,

better mpg , yes!

poor ride quality, yes!

better tire wear, no

uneven tire wear, very possible, yes!

smaller contact patch

Ok, thank you.
I don't care too much about the ride because my shocks and everything are all stock. And its a 94 so it really couldn't get much worse. But preserving the tires does matter.
So thank you for the info.
