replacing front calipers on 67 camaro

I replaced the bearing on the front of my 67 camaro. When putting the pads and calipers back on, I encountered a problem. The calipers will slide on over the rotor but the holes wont line up to put the bolts back in. Looks like they are lining up ok but are off

gator66,

Can you install the caliper bolts if the brake pads are removed? If so, then install the easy brake pad first, then the other one (which may take some fiddlin').
