powder coating

I have a set of aluminum wheels that are impossible to keep clean so I have decided to have them powder coated black to make things a whole lot easier for me plus it should look pretty BA. Only thing is I want just the spokes and center black and the rim around the outside to be chrome and I just don't know if that can be done or not so I was wondering if any of you guys had an idea

It can be done, all it takes is $$$

look for powdercoating in the yellow pages, or maybe your buddies might know of someone near you that does it. Definetely, check his or her work out. Internet searches will give you plenty of powdercoating options. Obviously it would be cheaper to find someone near you though, so you can avoid shipping, and most importantly time & $
