They are polished aluminum Z06 wheels 18x9.5" with 275/35/18 BFG KDW's in the front and 18x10.5" with 315/30/18 BFG DR's in the back with 56mm offset all the way around.

Those were my second choice for wheels...

I would tell you to lower it but with the 315s it would be a PITA

 

Yeah i would like to lower it in the future but i would have to save up and buy some more supporting mods in order to do it.

Yeah its a clone. I want to install a LS1 SS spoiler.

 

thats pretty LAME put the z28 emblems back on there ..its ok to style it like an SS but dont badge it SS if its really z28..keep it real lol

Well i had to do the BFH mod and its not rubbing anywhere.

So your saying that car builders like Boyd Coddington, Chip Foose, Barry White, and many other great car builders who build clones out of base model cars are wrong. And your also saying that they should stop building kit cars and people should stop makeing replicas.

 

true it is your car. and there is nothing wrong with it. I think it would look VERY clean with no badges on it at all.

i know its not my business, but the only thing that i dont like is that you put "96 SS etc" in your sig. If you dont have an SS, then dont go around saying that you have an SS. Thats when its lame.

I have to agree with Donohue; if you don't have an actual 96 SS, don't feel justified in putting that down in your sig. Nobody should flame you for putting the badges on there, it's just when you call it something it's not that issues arise.

SS or not you've got a great looking car there. Seeing those rims have my wheels turning about maybe getting some 18" z06's for my SS. I wonder if you would have to do some more BFH work if you were to lower it...

There i put clone in there. I thought i already had it in there somewhere but aparently not.

Well id probably have to roll the fender lip, do the bumper jouce mod, and probably get an adjustable panhard rod.

Well it stands for Big Effing Hammer mod, and pretty much you massage your inner wheel well so that your tires dont rub. Here is a great how to with pics.
