Offset of 35th anniv. wheels.

Does anybody know what the offset of these wheels are and why they wont fit onto my 94 z? I toot them and my tires to National Tire and Battery to have them mounted and balanced and when they went to put the wheels on the back they wouldnt fit. they fit on the front fine but not on the back. kind of odd i thought but do i need spacers for the back so that they will fit? I have 275/40ZR17 Goodyear GS-D3's on the back and a set of 245/40zr17's in the front. is it because of the width of the tire or do i just need spacers. the guy said that i did, so i need to know the offset, but i just dont see why. these wheels are stock for thier year, i figured that they would fit another F-Body.
