Unhappy OEM Y2K fittment problem

Hi,

I plan on putting in a set of Bilstein HD’s combined with the Eibach Pro spring kit on my car.
Will this work together with C5’ OEM Y2K’s (275/40/18)in the rear or will the tires scrape in the fender under heavy cornering ???
I will have to use a ½ inch spacer to get the rims to fit, since they are hitting the “frame protector thing” in the inner wheel well.
Can anyone please help me out ?

Thanks, Alex
