Nitto's vs KDW's

Heres some info and what i'm looking for:

-Only use car in the rain once every few weeks, never in snow

-Tire needs to last approx. 1 year (10,000 miles)

-Most important: needs to be streetable, and hook pretty good at the track.

So far the only thing in my price range ($150 per) and tire size(stock 16") are the nitto 245/50/16 and the Bf goodrich KDW's 245/50/16

I know the nitto's will hook, but will they be that streetable?
I'm unsure about the KDW's hooking well, anybody ever use em?

Any other suggestions would be great
thanks

The nitto's will hook and more than likely last that long.

The KDW will last that long without a problem but definitely will not hook as well.

Nitto's are designed to last up to 15,000 miles and hook good. The KDW's won't hook nearly as good, but might last you longer.
