I am wondering what tires sizes I can go with on an 18" rim in the back of my 96 TA. I will have 275/40-17 up front. What size will look good and fit well? Also, the car is lowered about an inch so clearence might be an issue.

 

We need to know what size wheel you have for the rear. that will determine applicable tire sizes.

 

a 305/35R18 would look sweet...but I doubt it would clear without getting your fenders rolled.

 

Sorry about that. It will be an 18 x 10.5/ 54mm offset.

 

i'd say a 295 or 305.

 

i ran 295's when i had 18's and they rubbed when i took a turn sharp,
