Cool I decided on the Nitto NT-01 as my next tires

I've got Sam Strano revalved Bilstein HDs (dyno tuned to emulate Konis) on the way, sway bars are next, and decided to finish things off with some nice and sticky corner carving rubber.

I saw these NT-01s on a car and about sh** myself... These things are so soft it's not even funny.

I only drive my Z28 4000 - 5000 miles a year, so I don't give a crap about the 100 treadwear rating. That just tells me I'm going to love them. I want STICKY tires so I can go hit some road courses and stuff.

Oh yeah?

Why the oddball mismatch? Is that so he can still bring it around a bit/still oversteer?

They now have the nt-01's available in 315/35-17. I almost ordered some from discount tire.

Yes he is... But... You answered several hours before he asked the question.

It wasn't... They were stock brakes. But I had planned on dealing with that before I was actually to race it.
