hey Guys....Have any of you painted your factory rims? And if so how did they turn out? Pics would be great.

 

I picked up a set of 10 spoke factory alloy wheels from a member of my camaro club. There was curb rash on 2 of the rims so I decided to sand them down, then paint all 4 black.

If you do it yourself my only recommendation is to make sure your garage is very clean. Any dust or dirt will settle on your rims between coats.

The rims do look good, but close up you can see where the dust settled.

I bought this extra set for the track.

 

i have the stock firebird rims on my white 94 maro and i painted them black and when they are clean they look awesome
