Got a leak

Ok so i have a leak....tires a 295/35/18 i can see the ****ing piece of metal that pierced the casing, ive heard you cant plug tires like this so can i get it patched or what?

yep thats what i did got ripped out of 10bucks...sarcams fixed perfectly
