He has the money to do one of two things....(1) Keep the stock 16's and get new tires(which he needs) and drop the car or (2) get new wheels and tires and leave the ugly fender gap. Money is really tight for him and he wants to get the best bang for the buck,so I'm trying to help him out a little.Thanks

 

Wheels and tires are gonna help out alot more than lowering, looks wise.
Besides he can always find some used lowering springs cheaper later on.

 

How much is he looking to spend, its possible to accomplish both.

 

Sorry for the delay,I had to get ahold of him and find out exactly what his stopping point would be. He told me that he could go as high as $1000.00,but if he could get it under 1K, it would be good. BTW,if he goes with wheels/tires he's wanting to get some Z06(polished/chrome),but I think that if he could find something that looked better than stock,that he would be ok. I have been trying to find some Z06 wheel/tire packages,but I've haven't found anything that would be under a grand.
