Those ET Street radials are supposed to run as good as the regular ET Streets if not better, plus you get the radial tire ride. I'm looking hard at a set right now in the 17" size. That price of $260 for the pair is very good...GMHTP just did a test and went consistent 1.60s 60's with them...not too shabby for a street car..

Yea thats what I was thinking also. Just looks like a safer tire to run also cause Ill be running mine on the street to so I want something thats gonna hold up. Which way does the tire pattern run like curving lines towards front of car or towards back of car?

Towards the front...I'm sure the tire has "mount this side out" on whatever side is to be out. Also look into the BFGs They are resonable and last longer for more "street" use. I hear that the MTs hook awesome, but don't last nearly as long. There's always a trade off. The BFGs can be run on the street and handle fine for a while. I'm hearing that the MTs are strickly a track tire for the radial classes...but I'm sure people will use them on the street...

Re: Which ET's?

I typically get 4000-5000 miles/set of BFG DRs...They hook well, handle well, and don't do too bad in the rain when they are new. Been using them since 1996...Highly recommend...
