ET Street Radials

I was thinkin about getting a pair of M/T ET street radials. Does anyone have these, or any other kind of street radials? How long do they last? I'm not going to drive on them everyday, just going to bolt them on for weekends.

you should check out the dragraceing forum. theres lots of discussions on there about those tires. Ive never seen anyone badmouth them or say they werent hookin like they are supposed to be. Im gettin a set as soon as my ET streets wear out. which shouldnt be too long lol.

Re: ET Street Radials

I've got a my BFG dr's and wheels up for sale right now, I want to sell them and get a pair of these new M/T dr's. BFG dr's are good for approximately 5k miles of normal street driving, less if you hit the track a lot. For a near stock auto car like yours the M/T's might be a little overkill. You would do perfectly fine on a set of BFG drs. I hear the M/T's are only good for about 2k miles on the street. I only use mine at the track and driving there. They hook very well to a point, if I try a 5k launch or over with them they never hook for me. Anything up to 5k they usually hook pretty well for me. I just want them to get me to the track without changing tires and get me home. The two tracks I go to are each less than 30 miles away so they should be fine for that.
