I can't decide on what type of 17" ZR-1 Rim to get. I first wanted to go with black to do go with the black on black scheme. Then I thought I might get bored with that, so I thought of chrome. Then I discovered black chrome, which is sort of like a happy median between the two.

 

I love black wheels with a polished lip, so I voted for black.

 

Where did you find black chrome ZR1 wheels? I'd love to see a set...

An 8oz. bottle will do 4 wheels. You just have to have a black basecoat on the wheel before applying the hyperblack.

 

That's what I'll be doing with mine this weekend.

 

Also, another method you can use if you have a chrome wheel that you want to turn into black chrome is this:



This is a specially formulated clearcoat that has self-etching properties that allow it to bond to ultra smooth polished or chrome surfaces without flaking or peeling off. It's called "Clear-4-Chrome."
