that's my car... i'm considering either black c5 Z06 wheels or chrome C6 Z06 wheels. can someone chop them onto the car. any thoughts or oppinions are welcome too.... right now they are factory silver C5 Y2K wheels. 17s in the front and 18s in the rear, but idk how wide even...lol

As far as the C5's, do a search on LS1.com or LS1Tech.com, there are about 11 billion red Z's running those wheels.

I would say no to those though...way too common.

The C6's would look nice, especially the black chrome versions.

Actually though, your Y2K's look pretty good as it is...any reason you want to change them?

they are just painted silver and i want some more bling.hehe. i think chrome would be real nice, although black with silver lip always looks good IMO. i need to decide what style i want, i really think either C5 Z06 or C6 Z06 is what i want, i just dont know what finish yet.... and yes i love black chrome, although sometimes i think people would just think "o look at those dirty chrome wheels"

otherwise, i was told that "hyper silver" is the black chrome finish, as shown here....
