Some concepts for review! ( photoshoped)

Ok so Im bored and I think to myself...."Self......we need to get this car customised a tad" Ive got most of the stuff I need I just need to get around to doing it, anyways, I thought I would post a few picks for your pleasure, disgust or fit of laughter. Some of this may have been done before too but I like messing with photoshop and other peoples pride and joy....MUUHHAAAA!!!!

Ok, none of these are my cars and I now officialy appologise if I used YOUR car and messed with your baby....but is probably was the color I needed , the angle I needed or both, so forgive me If I ruined your car .I did this stuff fairly quick so over look some iffy Photoshopping and the two with the Warbird hood is not my car but is what mine is shaping up to look like.

OK, I added the contast color to the GFX, took off the wing and did a bad job on the checkered stripes, but hey...it was quick. Also added the banner and removed the plate.

For this one I was considering doing it to my car. I added the stripes, badging, removed the wing, added headlight covers and changed the wheels for a whole pagage deal--BUT..I ended up buying a black car.

OK...not that you would...but if ya did.....I chopped the top and made the windsheild longer....as well as a few other things...this one is a bit different.

Ok, these next two are tailight thoughts I had that could be done by using the tailight blackouts and simply cutting out what you dont need.

OK!!! the big deal here folks ( this is what my car will probably look like when Im done) I took a pick of a black ram air II Camaro and modified the grill, GFX, headlights and a few other minor things to produce a mirrior image of what I have in mind for my own car:

OR

Im still running a few concepts through my brain.....scary huh.

Man you got some good ideas there. The chopped top one is not what I would do to any F- Body. The last two of what your car will look like is bad a$$.I might get flamed for this, but I love the grill idea.Makes I look like some kind of evil monster. Those pics really make me want to do the front conversion on my car now.Good job.

The first tail light idea doesn't look to bad...
I don't really like the mouth grille though...ZRAPTOR had it right, it does make it look like an evil monster or something, but that's what I don't like about it...it's a car, not an evil monster...

(Not flaming you ZRAPTOR...flaming just isn't nice. )

Concept 1:

- Lose the CHEVROLET decal, it's way too tacky
- The contrasting ground effects look great.
- Don't do BOTH the stripes AND the contrasting ground effects, that's a big no no..

Concept 2:

- Looks sharp as hell
- Don't do BOTH the stripes AND the side graphics, that's a big no no..

The rest of the concepts look like *** in my opinion, although I like the modified Hood, and the LS1 probeams.

Thanks for the opinions, I might try that "Z" stripe on the white one on a side shot of the Warbird hood ( AKA EVIL MONSTER GRILL) car and see how those two look together. The chopped top one was just me messing with the car. I didnt really have a plan in mind- as you might guess- I just started changing stuff.

Ive noticed that people either love the ram ari II (or warbird) hood or hate is...there is very little middle ground. Personaly I think it looks very cool...besides...where would I put the rockets whith which to dispatch anoying people that cut you off on the freeway?

love the last two. especially the way you went to the 93-97 style "missing headlights". the lights on the ls1's suck worse than the lt1's. the taillights: like the first one, but the second one is kinda wierd looking. if you do the zr1 style tails, go with somethin like whistler is doing.

Yea the tailight concept would be better in the whistler form but I was trying to make it so it was a cheap and easy change using tailight blackouts and a dremel tool.

I like the vertical billet grill idea. Kinda like the new dodge ram grilles, except vertical.

Sometimes I prefer the pro beams and others the completely black covers, I CANT DECIDE!!!!!!

I got the GFX, so now im working on putting those on and the hood will be arraving just as soon as either I save the money or ask the locall 7-11 for a "loan". ...( note to self, find ski mask).
