c5 wheels on 94 camaro
There are quite a few different C5 wheels.... the 99 "wagon wheels" should fit. The center holes for the hubs may need to be ground slightly to open them up to fit over the 94 rear axle hubs.
There are the 5 wide-spoke "wagon wheels" used on on the early models, various versions of 5 thin-spoke wheels, used on the later models, and a Z06 wheel. These are available in OEM offsets and aftermarket offsets. Some will bolt directly to your car (all have the same bolt patter as the 4th Gen F-Body) and others will not have the correct offsets. Some possible sizes:
97-99:
18x9.5" 61mm
17x9.5" 56mm
2000:
18x10.5" 58mm (repro)
18x9.5" 65mm
17x9.5" 56mm (repro)
17x8.5" 58mm
01-02:
18x9.5" 65mm
17x8.5" 56mm
Z06:
18x10.5" 59mm
18x9.5" 61mm (repro)
17x9.5" 54mm
17x8.5" 56mm (repro)

The 99 wagon wheels will fit. Just some minor shaving the center opening like what injuneer said. I have a set on my 94 TA and they look good. As for tire size stay with stock vette tire size. Fronts are 245-45-17, rears 275-40-18.
