Bullet Wheels??

Anyone know anyplace other than OEperformance that I can get the Bullet wheels that look like the Crager SS's??? I have called and sent emails to them and all I ever get is the answering machine saying they will call back. I would like to get them soon.

I just realized this needs to be in the wheel and tire section but I don't know how to move it there.

Thanks

Re: Bullet Wheels??

ARE Torq Thrust D's are similar to what you're asking for, right? That might open your search options.

Re: Bullet Wheels??

The Torq Thrusts are similar but more than twice the price. The place on ebay won't answer the phone. Boy this is hard to believe. I have a credit card waiting to order wheels and one place in California promised yesterday to pull them and call me back immediately to let me know about shipping and I'm still waiting on them. The place on ebay that had them never answers their phone. If I could find a place that actually has them and will talk to you I would order them today!!

I've contacted tradeunion directly and I've been told they no longer produce the Bullett wheels for F-bodies.

Re: Bullet Wheels??

I guess I may have to look into another kind of wheel. I called the company that had the ones on ebay - Victoria Tire and Wheel - multiple times and sent an email stating that I had the credit card out and was ready to order if they would call me and I have heard nothing from them either. Kind of baffels me?!?!?!?!

Re: Bullet Wheels??

You are exactly right!!! And now I am beginning to realize just how narrow a choice I have if I want 17x10.5's. Seems every time I pull up a wheel I like the only make them up to 9" widths.

Re: Bullet Wheels??

Do a search on tech. There was a guy out of (IIRC) OKC that sells them.

Re: Bullet Wheels??

Well, at least you got a straight answer. Why not 11" wide? Those are probably more common.

Re: Bullet Wheels??

Yea, I'd take 11's if I could find them in a design I liked. Maybe I'm just too picky. I originally wanted a somewhat retro look and that's why I headed for the Crager's until I found the problems with them and then headed for the bullets and now . . . . .here I am

Re: Bullet Wheels??

No! Even though the 17x10.5's are advertised on a few web sites no can actually get them. I even contacted OECreations in California and they said they could get them and would call me back within one hour with package price. That was over three weeks ago and still nothing!! So I decided to go with the TTII's. In fact just bought them today from a place in Texas. Great price and I will have them in a week! Good people to work with too. TomZWheels.com if you want to contact them.
