What size is the bolt pattern on a 96 Z? 5x?" ???

If your talkin about the lugs, it is 5 by 4 and 3/4.

No, I think Jeeps have a 5 by 4.5 bolt pattern if I remember correctly. They do make other adapters but you will have to watch the offset.
