I have Saturday planned out as being a full detail day: wash, claybar (first time), wash, wax, vacuum, wipe upholstery, and possibly getting some more shine out of my wheels.

My question is this, would the blue magic polishing compound harm my wheels at all? I haven't heard anyone say they have used it on their wheels. The label says it should be fine for chrome and aluminum wheels-which Iroc wheels are if I'm correct. But I was also thinking if I remember correctly that Irocs also have paint on them and I'm not sure if this would harm it. So, maybe just polish the spokes? A big thank you for any advice you guys could give me.
