blackin' it out!

Alrighty.... well today I made the executive decision to black out my car... so here it begins....

I started my day by heading over white bear lake and we went and bought some paint.... black paint.....

Ya'll may remember those rims that i traded .... the silver C5's for the Momo R3's.... everyone thought the momo's were ugly.... well.... no longer!

I hand polished the buckets, dissasembled them and today we painted the centers!

RESULTS:

Whats next you may ask?? well.... this will be my little progress thread.....

On the agenda....

blackout Tailight covers, blackout Turn signal covers, and tint!

but more importantly are some go fast goodies like a 3.23 rear end that ill be getting by the end of the month, flowmaster catback aswell, computer tune, and maybe some other stuff.....

Feedback welcome!

How about some 3.73 gears and something different then a flowmaster catback? The wheels do look better now.

This is my DD, Ive had higher gears in my old car and it sucked for DD.....

other wise, the plan for the flowmaster is to buy it for 75$ from a freind and then buy a cheap muffler to replace the flowmaster, As i know those suck... lol....

Looks good...You should put 5% tint all the way around your car...it looks nice on mine...I would never go lighter...Here is a pic of my taillights nightshaded, some prefer lighter

Hope this gets you fired up to do it...

Sorry bro,
Just doesn't do it for me.
Maybe its because the tires are bald.

As long as you like it then really thats all that matters.

Hey I like the black'd out idea for sure. Here is how I would do it thou....I did this real quick in paint but you get the idea...black dish on the rims, black tails/marker/turns...etc. I thought I would offer some constructive criticism.

Oh, I also fixed your white balance too!
