Best way to clean the wheels?

I took off my wheels today and I cleaned the outside face, and the inside of the wheel is like solid CRAP so i cleaned 2 wheels with a small wire brush and wheel cleaner, but it took me like an hour and my arm is dead. What is a better way to clean my wheels.

Thanks!

Not sure for cleanign but I put abotu 5-6 coats of Zaino on my rims and they are a million times easier to clean, I just use a soap and sponge I use to wash my car with and no problems

Eagle One A2Z wheel cleaner! Best stuff there is, spray on let sit for 30 seconds spray off. If you rub with a cloth or something it will get real heavy stuff off.
