best drag setup on a bugget ?

Hello
i have a M5 V6 camaro that my goal is to hit a 10.99. in the 1/4 mile

i know i need to get the power to the ground and the V6 boards just don't have the info im looking for

should i get some 16/15 inch rims and slap som MT on there, the 255/60-16 and the 275/55-15 MT drag radls seem to putting down so good 60's

or go drag lights and get some MT et streets? 26 x 10.5? what the differance from those and the regular radal tires ???

so any help and proven combos would help

www.turbov6camaro.com/mod.html for info on the car

thanks

to run a 10 in you car, u dont need a "budget" suspension. Instead of running drag radials, get you atleast some ET streets but preferably a 8-9" wide slick on some 15" drag rims. Get either the BMR trac-pac or Spohn style torque arm that bolts to the chassis instead of the tranny. Get some good LCA's and a good panhard rod. It would really be a good idea for some front and rear shocks but you could probably try w/o them first. Plus if your car will actually make the power u want, the T-5 wont last w/a sticky tire..

Trac pac yes, LCA's yes, PHB no. PHB will not help for a drag only car. Barely helps around the corners because the way the PHB is almost directly in tension or compression when cornering. Spend that money on some shocks and maybe some airbags.

Good luck with your goal. Be sure to post your times. I am very intrigued.

i have the Spohn LCA, im getting the TQ arm with DS loop (the one that mounts to the the cross member.

i seen the MT ET Street radials are putting down some good numbers, or i could get the MT ET Streets (tube style and winkle wall)

I know a 10.99 will not be easy but i just want to make sure i have the right stuff to get there
