Anyone use "zoopseal"

Does it work? I have some Convo Pro's and this may be the answer to my high maintenance.

I've heard it's great, but I haven't used it yet. It's not cheap, but I guess if it works, it'll be worth it!

I have used it, and it works great, though I haven't tried it on wheels.

First, it's way overpriced because the main ingredient is just a cleaner. Mother's Billet cleaner and several others are better and cost less IMO. The coating that supposedly seals the wheels does not increase the shine and the directions as to how to use it are confusing. Once you mix A & B I believe you have a lot of B left over. I'm going to call or email Eastwood to see if I can just buy the one and not have to buy the whole stupid kit again, which I won't do.

Also, their are several 'metal sealants' on the market now that probably do better than ZS for less. I'm experimenting with a few now.

It may not be the right product if you're trying to increase the amount of shine, but if you're working on a car with lots of polished aluminum under the hood and its freshly polished, it can save lots of future labor. It eliminates the white powdery corrosion that tends to form, and you don't have to re-polish all the time. Sure, chrome will work too, but the look is different (I personally don't like a lot of chrome) and its a hell of a lot more expensive.
I do agree Zoopseal is overpriced for what it is, but the time I would spend re-polishing the aluminum on one car even once is worth more to me than the cost of the kit.

I know chrome cost alot more but I kind of got hooked on it...I spent alot chroming out a bike and its sooo easy to keep it clean.
I tried that mothers ball on my wheels, it worked o.k. saved alot of time

The Zoop clean crap made a mess on my valve covers. It left white stains on the unpolished parts. The 22" wheels on my SRT-10 truck are polished and I thought Zoop would get them cleaner than anything else. It did not. The part it disappointed most on was the rims on my Fikse FM 5's. Again Mothers followed up with Blackfire Gloss Enhancing Polish is my current choice.

I gave up on the valve covers!
