Anybody have the chrome IROC wheels?

I have been thinking about getting these rims for over a year. I am concerned about them holding up though. I have a black 87 IROC with 67,000 miles. I bought it in 1995 with 42,000 miles on it so it does not get driven alot. Any problems with the chrome chipping? How does the chrome look on the third gen? Pics anyone?
