285/30????? Is it too thin????

285/30????? Is it too thin????
I run 295/35's right now. I found some 285/30's for a really good price brand new. Will it look good? Might look funny considering the fronts are 275/40's 
but i just need some damned tires

ever see a porsche carrera or the likes?
thats the size of the rears on them
its gonna be under an inch shorter of what come on there stock, and about 2 inches shorter than the fronts

I got the 295 35's Thats what i have now and they look fine... I do need some new tires for the front soon. But i think all i can fit up there is a 275 
maaaayyybe a 285, but they touch a little already. But that could be do to the fact they are a 275/40???
