I'm looking for someone in the Austin area that would be interested in a tranny swap. I NEED a 700r4 that will handle torque in the 500-600 range. This will need to be a full swap; all components needed for the conversion.

I have a t56 with a SPEC stage III ceramic clutch that has treated me well, but I feel a auto would serve a better purpose.

I'm looking for a T56 for my '88 T/A LT1 swap. My 700R4 was rebuilt back in May with a shift kit and a 'Vette servo. It pulls so much harder after the mod. Now I chirp second with ease with my stock 305! I honestly don't think my 700R4 will hold 600 HP, but if you're interested, I would be too. Thanks,

i have a built 700R4 and a Vigilante 3600 convertor i would trade. what all are you saying you need for the swap? i have the tranny, convertor.i have a shifter out of a Formula for a 4th gen also. i would trade you all that for your 6 speed!
