Good deal man, long time no see any way, I just wanna hear that beast. Not every day you see a high $$$ race car on the street. Why did Jason sell his 410? That thing was bad ***, LME is building a smililar motor but with a set converted Darts, and a custom LT4 intake plumbed for direct port.

Re: WTB: Stock valve covers

Neil, PM me with your cell number. I'll try to make it over to Sams tomorrow night (if I can pass emmissions tomorrow and get a sticker). I also told Liz that I'd take her to a movie, but hopefully I can roll in at about 9 pm - maybe there will be a few cars left.

Ryan, I'd really like to see your ride - and take a good look at your line lock setup - close up and in person. I'd like to dump my ABS crap sometimes next year and do the same thing.

Maybe Jim will get his '68 out again too.

Tim: I'll be out there a little early...most likely around 7ish, but just be on the lookout.

Re: WTB: Stock valve covers

Tim take her to a afternoon show, that way you save money on the ticket price and can put that few buck towards a cage or YSi blower. I still have that tech card I pm'ed you about, we need to take your Z28 to HMP and see what it will do. We can even get them to write N/T on the back window so it wont show a time, that way we can hussle some LS1s. Be like oh its a stock motor with a hot cam and 4.5lb Strim with no tune so it sounds real mean, what do you want to do, watch me move me and lets do it for a grand. That one guy I said it was stock to a while back was like oh no it isnt, that car must have some rockers and a chip in it, we could have been like your right,w hat do you want to do for a grand. See thats 2 grand right there, enough for your Mad Man 10 point.

Ryan,

Thats what I figured, with a six speed thats car meant to be driven and I know you enjoyed driving it, the odometer doesnt lie unless you roll it back but then thats a felony.

Re: WTB: Stock valve covers

If you talk it up and put the money up - I'll be happy to. But, in the last few years, she hasn't been much of a sleeper. And if I'd ever pop the hood and show anyone my fuel rails, I'd end up racing only trailer cars.

Plus till I get some better rods, the nitrous stays off. And frankly, while the blower's fun, I feel naked with out my spray!!!

I kinda owe Liz a night out Sat - If I cant make it out to Sams early enough tomorrow night, I'll come out next weekend. We've had the kiddo for almost 6 months, and Sat night is the first night since her arrival that Liz and I have had an evening out together without the little one.
