Red face Where can i get help?

Alright i have a 1996 trans am. I blew both head gaskets on it about 3 months ago. i fixed both of those and have finally put the car back together. Well the car runs fine at idle. It will sit there an idle all day. When you try to drive the car it drives find at low rpm's. When you get on it the car starts to feel like its missing or you push the gas to the floor and it just studders, but then for second it will jump right back to normal, then go back to studdering. you pull it in the driveway and it will idle just fine. But it only does this when the car is up to temp. There is no coolant in the oil any more i have already drained the oil twice with the car idling for like 15 mins. and the coolany level hasnt fallen. Is there anyone around the north arlington area that could either come by and listen to this car and give me a second opinion or does anyone know of a good shop that knows alot about lt1s. Its about to drive me crazy if i cant find out whats wrong i am going to have to sell this car messed up. i cant have it sitting on the side of the house anymore. and yes it has a new opti, plugs, plug wires, and fuel filter.

Check the O2's. Or the monitors after the converters. Unplug all 4 of them and see if it still acts the same.

You're in Arlington, if you have any more probs go talk to the guys at TRT and see if they can help.
