LOL! Man yours looks meaner then mine, not fair lol. Hurry up and get those pics up, and then I will post up some more of mine and we will let the board members decide who's looks meaner, J/K. Congrats on getting an M6, glad you finally got one. One question, what happened to the whole lifted truck thing. Guess it really doesnt matter both are nice vehicles(little happier you stuck with the Fbod though ).

Re: well i FINALLY sold my car :)

Where is it from? That could definately be your problem. Just because it might have a "lifetime" warranty from autozone doesn't always mean it's a good starter. Not knockin on the zone or anything, just my family has been in the alternator/starter rebuilding biz for 25 yrs and I've seen some pretty crappy things come from those places.

If that's the case all I can say is keep trying, eventually you'll get one that will last. I've seen a perfectly FINE car go through 6 alternators from autozone/oreilly's in about a month. Then put one of our alternators on and it lasted for at least the next year(we never heard from them again)! Good luck with it though.

Re: well i FINALLY sold my car :)

hey kyle
the starter is from some shop up in austin, not autozone, i was gonna take it up there to get it fixed, but id have to be up there all day, and it would be gay, so the used one from the junkyard that sticks im gonna try to take back, and im getting the old starter rebuilt right now, i could have gotten a new one at cost from oreilys $85, i should have done that lol, ill let you know whats up soon, and w the pics, i gotta find a camera tho

If you're talking to me, I'll hunt your car down and kick it. ALOT!

Cool supa, good luck gettin it rebuilt. That's the best way to go. The in-house rebuilders almost always do a better job than a big chain store. Of course I guess I'm a little biased.
