Smile WANTED: 1993 Z28 or Formula

Hey, I'm posting for a friend of mine. He just moved back home to Texas from Colorado and he's looking for another project 93 Z28 or Formula. He's not too picky, here's his criteria;

1.) HAS to be a 1993 speed density LT1 6 Speed
2.) Wants a Z28 or Forumla (No Trans Ams, thank you.)
3.) Doesn't matter if it runs or not, it will be a project car anyways.
4.) Would accept a 93 Z28 or Forumla that doesn't even have a motor or trans.
5.) He doesn't care about T-Tops.
6.) Would like the exterior paint to look decent (At least if he can Zaino it to look decent that is )

So if you know of anyone who has a 93 Z28 or Formula LT1 6speed that has it sittin around or collecting dust somewhere in Texas, he would love to take a look at it. He would like to spend at most around $3000.

Trans Am's look better anyways.

j/k

Well, too bad he wants an M6 because there's an A4 for sale on this board right now.

There is a place off of Broadway that has a NICE looking Camaro Z28 LT1. Its green, chrome-wheeled convertible with aftermarket ground fx. (I think) Anyways, don't know what year it is but we could do 2 things.

1) I can walk down the street on my lunch break and ask them what year.

2) You can call the place: Six Speed Auto.

They want like $6500 for it though, but the paint AND interior are EXCELLENT. VERY nice Z.

Haha I always wanted a black T/A w/ T-tops (Just never found one during my search.) Anywho, I dont know why he doesn't want one, he just said "Hey, no T/A's. Just Formula's and Z28's."

Well, if it's a Convertible then it can't be a 93. But thanks for lookin out though!! He really just wants a hard top 93 6speed. He's got another 93 LT1 sitting on a stand, he's going to rip out the one from the donor and build it up and stick the rebuilt one in as a work motor. So he's not looking for thrills or frills, just plain jane. Thanks again though!!!

1993 wide ratio six speed car, the only option I wish my 93 T/A had. Your friend has good taste! 47K miles hh, I had 41K on mine when I bought it, 52K 2 years later.
