Over 3,300 spectators , over 200 car count . The racing was awesome as is HMP's track . The all cement strip did not dissappoint . The 10.5 cars put on a great show as did the street kings clssses .

All of the spots had some sandbagging going on and that is to be expected on a double payout night ! It was all great . I can't wait fro Clobberthon 16 to hit in June . This form of racing is the best going around and it gives the paying fans a great show . HRP and Sealy are trying to start a simliar program sometimes in June and I wish them good luck but there locations will hurt them espceially if they try a head to head event . The fans will go to HMP due to it's killer location .

The promoter seemed to be very busy all night and with that many cars I can see why . As for the post below about being cheated , they need to challenge for the #8 spot right away . All that whining could be avoided by a challenge and not crying fowl . Dude this is racing not rocket scinece class . If he feels like he was wronged posting crap on here or anyplace else won't fix it . Call the #8 guy out and tree him and take the spot . This time don't let off at all . If the car JUST ran a 7.32 at 92 mph why lift at all ???? This isn't bracket racing . If he legally would have broken out if he had not lifted then he was in the wrong class if he would not have why not run it out the back door , run dead on index and take the spot ? Good luck in the future .

Me and my son plus everyone I know will go back to HMP for Clobberthon 16 from Mesquite , Tx . It's pretty simple if you have a problem don't partcipate at any more of them but please show class and refrian from bashing a track due to a PROMOTER's and your dissagreement . HMP is a great race track .
