I'm just curious does anyone know how much a stroker kit would be for a 305 if they make them? and were to get one?

 

It would be a WHOLE lot cheaper to find a used 400 , than a stroker for a 305 !!!! The bore on a 305 is way too small for good air flow from the intake port , so at least get a 350 core from a local salvage yard and stroke it to a 383 or more !!

 

Very true Ed. And...a SBC is a SBC...305 350 400....all his acces. should like all back up. Be a lot cheaper and more worthwhile.
