Thumbs up

I'm registered. And so is my Impy SS!

I'm trying to organize a little caravan from the Piney Woods area racers to there. I'm hoping we'll have maybe a dozen or so people traveling together. It should consist of a few Impalas, a few Firebirds and a few Camaros

If anybody is around the Tyler/Longview area and wants to cruise over there with us, email me (IM_A_0@yahoo.com)

Hey Desertrat,

I will be taking lots of pics and I'll put them up on a webpage(s) to view. It may take me a few days to sort through the pics.

Bought a second battery and bringing the laptop to dump the pics to after the 128 meg stick fills up!

lol, sounds like you'll have enough fun for both of us. Dang I wish I could go. The only bright side is that I'll be in Vegas for SLP days in October - I'll owe you pics.

No Kidding? My Company has done the mowing for them for the past 3 years. We have somewhat lost the contract this year, and do it when they call us. I'm hoping we do it this year, as it pays Decent. We need to get together while you are down. I'll email you my #'s when it gets closer to the event.

I'm guessing they will have some stock of parts there.... that big of an event and that many camaro / firebird owners around (and other models of GM)... they are bound to have some inventory.

My guess would be that they will have the "most common" stuff ordered from their site on hand. Large or rarely purchased items is a sure bet for shipment.

They are supposed to be discounted if purchased at the event. I'm hoping the discount is decent. Not some 5% thing.

Definitely get there early. Early bird gets the worm thing.

I work at a shop and we buy parts from them we set up a dealer account and I'll be their discount is the same as our dealer discount which is also the same as group purchase price. Most items are around 16% off retail. I'm hopping for a larger discount.
