So I'm having my birthday party last night and when it was time to start kicking people out so we could sleep, this one guy pulls a gun, starts shooting it, and beats my friend with the butt of it (smokin30th) breaking his nose and jaw. Cops came but I don't know if anything's gonna happen because no one got seriously hurt or killed.

What I need y'all to do is keep your eyes open for a dark 99+ Mustang with white asian lettering on the back of it and see if you can get a plate on it so I can turn him in.

Luckily the investigation got turned over to the homocide unit and the beating of Jason (smokin30th) is seen as an attempted murder. I'm still gathering up information from everyone that was there, got a few names and the first 3 letters of the plate on the Mustang so that should narrow it down quite a bit. Still if anyone sees this car I would really appreciate if you wrote down the full plate number. I wanna see these bastards go to jail for a LONG time.

Any of you crime experts out there know what sentence someone can get for 2 counts of ag. assault and 1 of attempted murder?
