If you bought them they are your heads. If not I dont see how you own them.
Second they are just stock LT1 heads. The port numbers show that they flow like a stock head.
Third You want them then call him and buy them. I dont give a rats *** if you say they are yours. If they are in your hand then they are. Anyways it sounds to me like you two have a deal. You said you would take them and he said heres my number. As far as I would know you should have been driving to his house and getting them. If you want to take your time thats your business. But he did say the FIRST $50 gets them.
By the way with your 200 shot of Nitrous on your stock short block running 10's you should have been there and back in 2 minutes.
