80k for a restaurant that averages 500-750 dollars a day? Do you mean profit or just sales? If you mean profit... something doesn't add up right - the profits at that rate would pay for the place almost 3 times over in a year.

I've also never heard of a restaurant selling for only 80k unless it was headed downhill fast and/or was in a very small leased space.

 

it is small but nice and decent in good location it only has around 13 tables. there are aolt of to go and delivery orders. it would be a good investment if you have the money if you arent a big risk taker then no investment is going to be good enough. if investments were no risk everyone would be rich.
