you seem to know alot about this kind of stuff, i gotta a ticket a little while ago and i took the driving class to get it taken off, i got pulled over on the way to tx tech in some little county, and i never sent my drivin record, they said it was ok, but it was some little down, they were probably bsing, do u think it might be a problem?

Most agencies require a driving record, to check if you have taken defensive driving within the last 12 months, and hopefully a traffic warrant doesnt show.....

In your case, you might need the persons name, date, time, and a brief report on what was asked and said, for your records.. So if it dors come up, you have something to fall back on in your defense.....JMO
