in my quest to find some stage 8 header bolts me and my buddy found this shop called sunshine performance (gay name) here in killeen and noticed they had a dyno jet so we asked how much to run on it...... 40 bucks the 1st pull ok SWEET i dont know anyone that does 40 bucks a pull.... i tell you that so i can tell you this so today me and my buddy were bored as hell and i was in planning of going to get a movie to watch and remember the dyno so what the hell why not go by and check it out again so before ik now it my car is doing a pull on the dyno. i put down 360HP 388TQ at around 5200 RPM on 3.5lbs of boost (4.11s are kickin my *** on boost) and i even later realized while messing with the turbo that i had 2 loose hose clamps so i prolly could have made a decent amount more power but oh well anyways anyone around the killeen area? i wanna try to get a dyno day going to try and get all the f-body guys together hell any cars together and see whats going down here in killeen its 40 bucks the 1st run 35 the second run and 20 bucks for any run after that for then on out
its a dyno jet and also SAE corrected the staff is very knowledgable and pretty damn cool

 

So 95 dollars for 3 pulls? Do you get a A/F reading as well?

 

umm i forget how much for that this is just for pulls not anything else

OH YEA forgot it was 130 degrees in the shop and 43% humidity

I got a 96Z thats broke in my yard, tranny (T56) has been broke since before I went to Iraq the first time, going about 2.5 years now. T56's are just exspensive! Anyone got any extra parts in the area here?

Sunshine wants an additional $10 for the A/F readout. I am interested in doing some dyno pulls with my mini-van. Got a few chips I would like to swap out on it and see which one is best.

were you at the temple track a few weekends ago? i was out there in a red t/a with a turbo i saw a ole beat up looking van that everyone was raggin on about untill it hauled *** then i swear i heard some kid yellin"go dad" LOL

LOL. Yes that was me. Ive ran a best of 14.3, I love killing the rice with it. Time before that I beat a guy with what I guess was a bolt on T/A. I am having fuel/tune issues with it that I am trying to work out this weekend. I've got the hardware to get into the 13's.

I am a scout in 6/9 cav (the WORST unit in ft.hood lol)

I think I saw your red TA run, and I heard about the van from the guys I work with. and I was in the beat up gray 94, headlights up, tore up on the front left. I didn't run but I am thinking about running next weekend at the fbody, mustang shootout.
