Did anyone go to the Pontiac Southern Nats in Dallas this past weekend? Plenty of cool rides..GTP's were out in full force, plenty of old Pontiac Iron- I was quite partial to the '65 limo with the blower! Lotsa cool T/A's. There was a 30th anniversary that was clean as could be and sounded just flat NASTY! Then there was an 02 collector edition with this super hot blonde detailing it... come to think of it I never got to look at the car.

 

I was there, that limo had a blown 428. All I could say was wow, and couldn't get over how long it was. Lots and lots of cool cars. I want a blower for my 428 now Did you see that 66 tempest for sale? I've been thinking about aquiring one but that dood wanted 5k or something ridiculous like that wit a cheby engine in it. I had a good time at the show but was kinda disappointed at the track, oh well more things to work on.

I was worried the track was going to be rained out. Vince's Limo was awesome! That convertable GTO clone was solid, but 8K for a fake GTO that needs paint? don't think so. I think the rain kept a lot of people away. Last year there were more wild rides, like the '57 Trans Am.
