Plano Texas caravan to SLP CAD @ Ennis on 2-15

Just wondering if the North Dallas (Plano, Frisco, Colony) folks were getting together again for a early morning caravan down to Ennis like last time at Tinseltown at the Tollway & Parker in Plano?

Lemme know.

I'm going and wouldn't mind meeting up with some peeps and caravan. I don't know if you wanna be seen with my POS though! I might be going with my uncle though in his truck anyways. I'm in Garland on the tollroad (190) and Lavon(78). I'm up for meeting in Plano.

LMK,

Kyle

I'd keep it low key coming up to the Tinseltown gathering since it will be early AM, not many cars on the road so we tend to stick out more for the stray cop to wanna be an @$$

Last time, once we all got there and departed in a nice lineup, we had no problems. We went right down the tollroad, cought 35 down towards Ennis. We were hauling some pretty good @ss too!

Picked up a toll tag... so this time I'm not stuck throwing change in the bin while others were cruising the toll tag lane.

Had to redline 1st, 2nd, & 3rd to get back in the cruise !

Follow the link above to the SLP CAD caravan.

They are meeting up at 5:00 AM now so they can then meet the Grapevine Mills crew and grow the caravan even larger.

5AM was a bit early for me too... was thinking they were just doing the Plano crew...but now that they have decided to meet up extra early to get over to grapvine... that's a bit earlier than I want to mess with I think.

Probably just cruise down myself.

That's exactly what I was thinking. I think it would be sweet to ride in a cruise down there with 50 or 60 cars, but getting up that early scares me Are there any other people meeting up around North Dallas that aren't going to Grapevine?

I could possibly still go over to Grapevine though, just need to think about it some more.

I'll be hooking up with Jeff K and one or two others from the Lewisville/Flower Mound area. Since we all have to end up on I35 going south I'm sure we can find a good location for a rendezvous south of town or just meet up on the road. Might even work for us to hook-up with GVM crew, what do ya think, Jeff? Cell phones are a great thing, y'all .

Times changed for the LS1 crew... they are not going to meet up with the GVM crew.

So they are meeting once again at Tinseltown at 6AM instead of 5AM... for those interested..

Post is:

GTG 2\15\03 Plano/North Dallas SLP CAD caravan.*UPDATED TIME*
********UPDATED********

First off, I am so sorry for all of this confusion, but trying to get a time that everyone is happy with isnt easy.

these are final set now in stone.....

We will be meeting at 6:00am and leaving no later than 6:15 for IHOP and SLP CAD.

We will be meeting in Tinsletowns parking lot on the northeast corner of Parker road the Dallas North Tollway. from there we will be caravaning to IHOP and then on to SLP CAD.

*this way we will not have to deal with such a big crew, and it was fun last time.*

once again i am sorry for the confusing times, but this way we all get more sleep
thanks again

-brian
