Angry PCM Batt Fuse Blown

I need all the help I can get on this one. I was driving along and the car(96 formula) just shut off. Noticed the PCM fuse was blown, changed it and it blew again. I have the Hypertech power programer III on it. Could this be the cause? Even worse I am out of town(in Corpus Christi) and don't have the programer to change it back to stock settings. It is at the dealership in CC. Will the HPP settings Screw up any tests they run on the car? I think if I remember correctly, reading the manual it said it would not void my factory warranty(car is still under warranty). Any info would be helpfull, Has anyone ever heard of this happening before? Thanks, Anthony
