Paint and Body in DFW
Paint and Body in DFW
In 2 weeks my car has been hit 3 times all minor but it's starting to take the toll on the paint and at 10 years and 125k miles on the road the front is really chewed up by road debris and such.
I'm looking for someone to repaint my 98 firebird, it has a few little dings here and there that I'd like to come out also. I am not from the DFW area and don't know anything about the paint and body shops around. I was looking at Herb's but I'm thinking they will be quite expensive. I want the job done right and am willing to pay for it but don't feel like paying a premium because a shop has commercials and fancy signs.
Any info is appreciated, I am in DFW Greenville and NW Hwy area but I'd drive clear to the other side of Ft Worth if need be for a good paint job at a good price, especially since everything is more expensive in downtown dallas.

I dunno exactly what you're after but Clarke Bros in Arlington/Pantego does exceptional work. He's a perfectionist... does a lot of show car quality paint jobs but he'll do anything... to any level. He quoted me ~$2500 for paint and body (remove ALL dings and ripples) a couple of years ago. Uses Sikkens products exclusively.
Like I said, don't know what you've budgeted or what level of paint job you're looking for so... good luck! You DO get what you pay for when it comes to paint and body.
