hey Jorge i was wondering if you were running 373 gears or 410's? i want to go 410 but i dont want to shift into fourth.

3.73 gears. Thats around 2400 rpm at 70 mph on the highway. Dont ask me what rpm I hit the traps cause I never look at my tach. I also want 4.10s.

I used to have 4.10's until the rear end exploded. Here is an example of what to expect:
4.10 gears
1:1 tranny ratio(3rd gear)
26 inch tire
120mph=

6400rpms

Go to www.prestage.com and they have all the formulas that you will need to figure this stuff out.

 

With my 4500 converter and shifting at 6800, 4.10s will be perfect for me.
You shouldnt have any problems with the setup your running.
