Weather looks great and theres a lot of people showing up from some other boards, if you leave in Houston and love your car, then show up, you have no excuse.

 

After we all meet up, we go up 45 to New Waverly Exit, take a right and drive on State Highway 150 for 25 miles and take FM 2025 South for half a mile and turn left into Double Lake Area. I called the Forest (that sounds funny) and they said that would be a great place to have a BBQ and hang out.

 

Where and when are the northsiders meeting up? I'll try and show up.

And I'm guessin we should all bring an ice chest with our own food and all? Perhaps I'll try and bring a friend or along too.

 

What time are the southsiders meeting up? I dont get off till 4pm and would hate to cruise all the up to sam houston park by myself.

Is the "forest" a well lit area?

Yeah bring a cooler if you want food and beverages, they have little bbq pits so I plan on bringing some charcoal hotdogs and some beers. It would be nice to meet you Kyle.

 

Well, there don't seem to be a whole lot of northsiders, from this board at least, that are going, so I may just drive the extra bit to meet up with you southside people. Gimme a little rundown on how to get to the place where ya'll are meeting from I-45.

 

From this board no, but from the other boards, hell yeah, there will be a lot of folks at Hooters. To get to Fox and Hound go South down 45 and exit Fuqua. Stay on access road until you come up to an overpass, right after you go under the overpass, its immediatly on the right so slow down in advance, take my cell number too, 615-579-1653, yes its long distance but it will be Sat The hooters is the one off of 1960, it doesnt matter if you dont know anyone, they are all cool kids. Except for Ulysses, that kid has issues.

Isn't Fern somewhere around Texas? He could meet us out there, I've always wanted to meet him. Brook too, he usually comes down to Houston on the weekends... but then again I dunno if he needs to come (jk) I know there's other people that I can't think of right now (it's 6am!!! )

 

SHould be a good turnout, try to get some people from this board to go, I dont have as much pull here.
