Need tranny help in Dallas

I left a rather large post in the LT1 tech section about tranny issues that I have been dealing with for the better part of the last 4-5 years.....please read my post.
I should have put it right here in the Texas section to get some responses from local people. I need some help with this car from some people that have undoubtedly been there/done that.
I would love to hear some feedback from some of the people that are more experienced and know the ins and outs and what not with these cars. Shawn, Chris (Marsh), Jordan, or others.....HELP!!!
Jeff

I use (and recommend) the same tranny builder that my friend uses for their Top Sportsman drag car that runs 4.70's in the 1/8th off an engine that generates almost 1300 rwhp. He really seems to know his stuff, is reasonable ($$$-wise), and backs up his work. He has done 2 trannies (4L60E's) for me and they are strong! He is thorough, won't "gimmick" the tranny, and builds for longevity as well as speed. Contact Rick Cate @ Jackson Motors in Rockwall, phone #-214-725-7515, if you're interested. Rick will put you in touch w/ the builder. Tell Rick that Mike Laman referred you and I will tell him to expect a call. I don't think you will be disappointed. Hope this helps. PM me if you have any questions.
Thanks!
