I quit my job today because they screwed me over on hours approximately 18 for the ENTIRE week, and they cut the mid-shift person. So they wanted me to work twice as hard, get paid the same amount, and accept half the hours.

I had already put in my two weeks, so I no longer felt obligated to stay with them. Besides that, my manager is possesive and said I couldn't have another job. I tried to get transfered to a different position in the store, but they said that the only place available was front end and I'd have to wait at least a month and a half before I could get transfered. And when I did manage to get transfered they said they'd only give me 15-20 hours.

While it probably would have been wiser to stay with the company until finding another job, sometimes people just push you to the limit. My lead was telling me how we were going to have to wash the walls until 11 o'clock an hour and a half over our normal closing time.

So, I need another job. Preferablly 7+ dollars an hour, with an actual liveable amount of hours. I don't mind hard work, but the work and wage must be on par with one another.

I am A+ certified, I can fix just about any personal computer problem. I also like cars and can do basic matienance such as oil changes, tire changes ect. I also have bar management experiance.

hey man, theres plenty of places to work......you got all those places to work right there at 1604/281. Get a job that benifets everyone though. support the cause. get a job at a parts store or something.
