Talking Laaaaaaame in here!

I'm taking the responsibility of sprucing up this forum!

So what is on everyone's mod list?
Anyone buying/selling cars?
New jobs? Looking for a job?
Etc etc etc.

Scott

Jobs? Did somebody say jobs? I will be graduating in Aug, so if anyone knows of any good IS/MIS jobs in the SA area, I would be most interested.

Ford

You should get an 03 R6! I want one so bad, but you know who made me promise not to end my life early.

Where's Ben been lately? Is he too busy out enjoying his car finally?

Oh yeah, what's up with me...

Well I am doing some part time work with a phone/utility company, and by the end of the summer will be making 6 figures.

I'm moving out of this hellhole dorm on the 7th , into my friend's duplex for about a week and a half, then the two of us are moving into an apt for the summer when his lease runs out. That way I don't have to drag all my stuff home, then back up here the next week.

Yeah R6's are nice. Yet i rode a few 02's and didnt really like them. The 03's are a little better. Yet they still feel a little twitchy. And the seat is very narrow.

Plus im not one to run with the crowd. My personal favorite has to be the completely underated Kawis. The kawi just felt perfect to me while i was on it. Most stable bike ive ridden. You could run over a deer in a turn and still feel in control

I will most likely end up with one. I plan on painting it orange and powdercoating the frame. But ill hold off on painting it till i drop it.
Everyone drops em sooner or later.

Seriously though. I plan on picking one up here in the next few months. Maybe if you get a R6 we can ride together. There are a LOT of guys up here in Austin i plan on riding with and going to track days with. Maybe even a trip to Leguna Seca

lol, I made that same promise at one time and to this day i regret it. Everyone told me including my GF not to get one. So i didnt. And i hate the fact i listened to them.
I vow not to make that mistake again.

Oh and for all of you married people. The girls at the coast were out in force this weekend and week. Sooo much eye candy. Too bad it got really windy the last day.

Doesn't stop your ugly *** from coming in here all the time!

Uh lets see... I finally have the '91 running again (back to mostly stock) and now need to swap out the tranny and fix some damage to the rear bumper (it's the REAL Whitetrash TA!

Got the '98 back after 'renting' it to the Ex - 3k miles later its needing a little attention (brakes).

Always something...
