Store Manager is responsible for managing the overall daily operations with full profit and loss responsibility. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Operations - opening and closing service center, preparing paperwork; inventory, ensuring equipment and maintenance schedules, labor costs and control, compliance with OSHA, state and federal environmental regulations, prepares staff to sell and promote products and services.

Customer Service - providing excellent customer service, explaining services and products, resolving customer concerns, must have automotive/mechanical aptitude and the ability to work on vehicles.

Employee Relations - responsible for hiring, training, monitoring employee performance and adherence to company policy and procedures, focuses on retention, employee motivation, and communicating performance expectations and awareness of safety and emergency procedures.

Qualifications - minimum qualifications include: excellent customer service skills, prior management experience from a service-related industry, demonstrate the ability to coach and develop people, experience handling financial reports, ability to multi-task and prosper in a fast-paced environment. Prior automotive or quick lube industry experience is a plus but not mandatory. A pre-employment drug screen and background check are required for the position, organizational skills are a must, high school or equivalent, a valid state drivers license, ability to work a minimum of a 50-hour work week.

Salary & Benefits, base salary of 30K with monthly bonus.
